The activity was hosted by Qiu Menghua, vice dean of the School of Management. More than 40 teachers and students, including Professor Shi Jianyong, deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the University, Ms. Zhu Bei, director of the Foreign Liaison Office, Ms. Zhou Jie, Secretary of the Party Committee of the School of Management, and Professor Ye Xinliang, vice dean of the School of Management, attended the activity.

 

She introduced the development of leadership theory, pointing out that it is difficult for everyone to agree in the same way. A good leader needs to balance his daily interpersonal and work relationships, respect and understanding. In addition, in order to get along with others better, people must first understand their own style, for what type of communication. For example, she interacted with the the teachers and students, letting them understand everyone for two types, arrow type and pillow type.
