From June 5 to June 7,2024, the AACSB 2024 Annual Asia-Pacific Certification Annual Conference (Asia Pacific Accreditation Conference) was held in Indonesia. Hu Bin, dean of the School of Management, and the teachers of AACSB certification of the School of Management attended the meeting. The annual conference has attracted over 300 business school deans, experts and certification staff from the Asia-Pacific region.
Dean Hu Bin and the members of the delegation participated in the dean’s forum. In addition,together with AACSB Global VP and CEO of Asia Pacific Geoff Perry, Director-General of Singapore Liyan Chen, Head of AACSB East Asia Guodong Xu for consultation and exchange, the team had a full discussion. The topics covered the latest situation of promoting the AACSB certification in our school, the experience and challenges of implementing the AACSB standard, how to further strengthen international cooperation, how to combine international and domestic certification, continuously improve the teaching and research level of the college through the certification process, promote the development of students and expand the social influence of the school. In particular, they provided valuable comments and suggestions on field visits, quality assurance of international cooperation projects, MBA and MPA master degree certification.
