On March 30 2023, the School of Management, together with the International Office, held a cooperation meeting with the University of Sunderland in the Administrative Building Room 612. Deputy Director Zhou Xiaozhou of the International Office, Deputy Dean Qiu Menghua of the School of Management, and Dr. Xie Yanxi attended the meeting.
Zhou Xiaozhou first extended warm greetings to the guests from Sunderland University, and introduced the basicinformaiton of SUES.
Jin Chenxing, Director of the Academic Department of the China Joint Office of the University of Sunderland in the United Kingdom, gave a brief introduction to the basic information of the university. She said that as a public comprehensive university in rapid development, the University of Sunderland hopes to establish cooperation with Chinese universities in student cultivation and teacher exchange. Currently, the university's QS comprehensive ranking is around 700.
At the meeting, Qiu Menghua and Jin Chenxing exchanged views on the possibility of conducting student exchange projects between the two schools in business administration and other majors, such as the 3.5+1 undergraduate and master degree programs, and the 2+1 dual master degree programs. They also exchanged in-depth views on student training, international cooperation, and other aspects of work.
